Heilongjiang (Simplified Chinese: 黑龙江省, Traditional: 黑龍江省, literal meaning: "Black Dragon River Province"), spelled Heilungkiang in Postal pinyin, is a province of the People's Republic of China located in the northeastern part of the country. It borders Jilin in the South, Inner Mongolia to the East; it also borders Russia to the north.
