Wilmer Valderrama
Wilmer Valderrama (Born January 30, 1980 in Miami, Florida) is a Venezuelan/Colombian-American comic actor. He is most famous as the fictional character "Fez" in the sitcom That '70s Show and as the ex-boyfriend of actress/singer Lindsay Lohan. He is the only person to have been Punk'd three times.
