Southwest Guilford High School is a secondary school in High Point, North Carolina, United States, established in 1979. It serves grades ninth through twelth, with 1300+ students enrolled. One notable former student of SWGHS is Taking Back Sunday singer Adam Lazzara.

Southwest's current principal is Alan Parker.
