- Wikinfo (formerly Internet-Encyclopedia), Fred Bauder's fork of Wikipedia, aims to offer articles from multiple points of view as opposed to Wikipedia's neutral point of view: http://www.internet-encyclopedia.org . Wikinfo uses GetWiki- a fork of MediaWiki software.
- Enciclopedia Libre, http://enciclopedia.us.es/ : an independent encyclopedia project founded by former participants of the Spanish Wikipedia. Runs an older version of the software.
