Stylistic problems

This page makes the common mistake of addressing the reader in first person. This is highly unencyclopedic style, and just annoys. Perhaps the reader is a 90-year old with osteoporosis, for whom it would be unwise to attempt resuscitation of fellow nursing home residents for the risk of breaking her own arms. I'm not sure that this article is really all that encyclopaedic - it is basically an instruction sheet, and that's not what an encyclopaedia is about....
