Hi
I know we haven't spoken, but I have a request. I noticed some of IP number userpages also redirect to My home page. Since I do travel, I've used public access PCs. Since those number can be used by anyone, they shouldn't be directed to My user page (and it would be a ridiculous idea for Me to have five broadband connections). I don't recommend blocking, unless they're used to mess up pages. I just don't want to be blamed for wrongdoing by those numbers. -- Eddie 05:26, 23 December 2005 (UTC)
Thanks
I appreciate the endorsement as a "fantastic editor." I try my best to do good work when I can, glad it doesn't go unnoticed. I don't typically have any Wiki-related issues, as I try to fly under the radar, but you never know... I love how the WP:NH is growing with contributers, I am too pleased with our progress. Hopefully we can land a featured article one of these days, maybe the Nashua one will finally make it! Assawyer 08:12, 23 December 2005 (UTC)

Not you, the little {{}} thingies.

RfAr against Freestylefrappe
I've filed at RfAr regarding Freestylefrappe here: Wikipedia:Requests_for_arbitration#Freestylefrappe. -- SCZenz 17:38, 23 December 2005 (UTC)
- Yeah, I'll take the lead on this one. I just listed you because it's undeniable you were earlier involved. -- SCZenz 17:43, 23 December 2005 (UTC)
Just FYI in regards to this RfAR, freestylefrappe was involved in an earlier dispute on the Bektashi page. I gave a 3rd opinion as requested by the other participant, attempting to ignore blatant abuse of admin powers so that it wouldn't prejudice my decision about the main issue. (I don't think it did.) Now I see, with no surprise, that FSF is in trouble for abuse of admin powers in other cases. Please review the dispute on Bektashi and its talk page, as well as Aldirma Gonul's user page, to add to the case against FSF. As I see it, FSF didn't assume good faith, called his edits vandalism when it was clearly a good faith attempt to add relevant and accurate information to the article, and threatened to block him as a tactic to win an edit war. Which, by the way, ended in the user giving up on Wikipedia altogether, and leaving (therefore, "don't bite the new users" may also apply here). After I gave my 3rd opinion, it was ignored, and the article remains as FSF demanded, instead of how I ruled it should be, because the other user is gone. Since I am a new user myself, I don't know exactly how these RfARs work, but I would be happy to support it if you give me a link to it. Aumakua 09:09, 24 December 2005 (UTC)
IP redirects to User:EddieSegoura
I saw your post on User talk:EddieSegoura, and posted the following reply:
- According to Special:Whatlinkshere/User:EddieSegoura: User:68.167.45.99, User:24.105.138.40, User:69.112.54.11, User:198.22.123.103, User:66.114.67.80 all redirect to User:EddieSegoura. These redirects were created by User:NSLE. Why, I don't know.
I also put a message on User talk:NSLE asking why he/she did those redirects --rogerd 20:30, 23 December 2005 (UTC)
I'm glad you decided to be a member. As you are our second admin member could I ask you to watch Wikipedia:WikiProject_Userboxes/Delete_requests. The purpose of this list is that once a userbox has been transfered into the user area, a delete can be requested. We aim to delete redirects at the origional location to help keep the templates area tidy (one of our main aims infact). Ofcource if you don't aggree with this process you do not have to assist in maintaining it, it would however help. Currently, our only other admin member, is the only one who keeps an eye on it (User:FireFox), and he agreed (well, allowed) its creation, however at the moment he seems to hav found himself unable to delete, and that is why your efforts would be especially valuable. Feel free to contact! Ian13ID:540053 20:48, 23 December 2005 (UTC)

RFC
Just so you know, as soon as my RFA and the my RFC against Hazium are over I plan to file an RFC against you along with Zen-Master and a few others. freestylefrappe 05:42, 24 December 2005 (UTC)
Comment on Freestylefrappe's talk page
You should be careful about your comments to Freestylefrappe. It doesn't do anyone any good to sound like you're gloating; let him make his decisions, do what you gotta do at the RfAr, but leave it at that. -- SCZenz 05:47, 24 December 2005 (UTC)
- You may be right, but he's not gonna take any friendly advice from you (or me either) at this point. Best thing we can do is let it go. -- SCZenz 06:01, 24 December 2005 (UTC)
- I'm not sure it's still being nice, after a certain point, if you know he won't see it that way. -- SCZenz 06:04, 24 December 2005 (UTC)
Re: From The Admins' Board Nonsense
Hey, thanks for the words of advice... and for the virtual coffee :) Sometimes, I think all of us need a bit of reminding about keeping our cool around here - even more so for admins, cos they see the worst of everything. Cheers, and happy editing. enochlau (talk) 06:47, 24 December 2005 (UTC)
communism edit
Thanks for the revert. It seems like everyone agrees on this version, except GMB. He's also in violation of the three revert rule. Maybe he should temporarily be blocked from reverting the article... Patrick 16:50, 24 December 2005 (UTC)
Your opinion is requested at Right-To-Work Laws
As someone I respect vis-a-vis wikipedia policy, would you please let me know who is right here? P.S. I'm trying really really hard to abide by WP:Civility but I'm about done with WP:AGF in this instance. :-) Lawyer2b 22:38, 24 December 2005 (UTC)
Please write out 'Freestylefrappe'
He requested not to be called 'FSF', so can you go through and replace the acronym with his whole name? I know it's long, but it shouldn't be much work with a little find-and-replace. -- SCZenz 23:21, 24 December 2005 (UTC)
- I've been doing the whole thing. If he's complained about one abbreviation, he might complain about another; it's easiest to call him the one thing that's indisputably correct. Thanks. -- SCZenz 23:27, 24 December 2005 (UTC)
Just letting you know that I've replied to your comment on my talk page Theresa Knott | Taste the Korn 23:41, 24 December 2005 (UTC)
NSLE is at it again. Re: IPs
Unaware of Him/Her asking You to help, I mention that NSLE (T+C+CVU) actively participated in the tagging. He just went and redirected the pages to with the tags. That is inexcusable. -- Eddie
Eddie
Eddie is signed in, but he's using only three tildes to sign. NSLE (T+C+CVU) 02:09, 25 December 2005 (UTC)
- The thing with the anons only caame about because they originally redirected to Eddie's user page, and was brought up by Rogerd. Then Eddie mentioned "I'd rather they not redirect", so I reverted back to the tags, and now he's accusing me of keeping the tags on? NSLE (T+C+CVU) 02:13, 25 December 2005 (UTC)
- Oh and PS, I feel bad that you're up for desysopship on a RfAr vote. Hopefully you'll retain your adminship. NSLE (T+C+CVU) 02:16, 25 December 2005 (UTC)
- I don't think You should be demoted, either. At least their's something we agree on. -- Eddie
- You seem to be at the breaking point with Me now, but I'll take a gamble and talk to You. The anonymous IPs issues was settled. I did propose a move, but NSLE (T+C+CVU) removed the proper tags. I tried putting up the request on page-move requests. If You think it's a bad idea You should be the one to revert. Again, no personal attacks are intended. -- Eddie 00:48, 26 December 2005 (UTC)
The revert was taken down. -- Eddie 01:34, 26 December 2005 (UTC)
Merry Christmas!!
The marvel of wikipedia :)
I never thought I would find myself agreeing with you :) Merry Christmas. Aecis Mr. Mojo risin' 11:30, 25 December 2005 (UTC)
Eh...
I would give you a "Kick in the groin" barnstar if one existed. (I tried to create one, but Microsoft Paint stick figures don't truly represent the annoyances that you've had to deal with on various issues...) We disagree on most things, but I can say that you're almost always acting in good faith, and that's good enough for me. Ral315 (talk) 20:20, 25 December 2005 (UTC)

Hi karmafist,
Alrighty, just be careful with your sysop powers in future. :) I do understand at times the situation you're under, personally now that my WikiStress is running at a boiling level. Perhaps a WikiBreak to explore the real world may help things somewhat.
