Ricardo Jorge Gomes R. Moreno Governa born the 28th of April 1979 in Porto, Portugal. Son of Carlos Manuel dos Santos de Faria Moreno Governa and Graciema Helena Gomes R. Moreno Governa. Brother of Filipe Carlos de Gomes e Moreno Governa. Committed with Cláudia Isabel Teixeira Roque de Almeida since the 29th of October 1998.

With his friend Rui Loureiro, he founded abelhadigital.com in 1997, a small computer science and human resources management organization mostly known by the software titles HostsMan and VideoCalc.

Currently finishing his Human Resources Management degree in Universidade Lusíada do Porto and Japanese language degree in Faculdade de Letras da Universidade do Porto

Keeps a personal blog called Governa Insight.
