Not included are Commuter Railways such as the S Lines of Milan, the FM of Rome, the RER of Paris, the Belgian Pre-Metro, the Urban Railways of Australia, the Tramways of England, the funiculars of Genoa and Naples and all other Commuter Lines (including those underground). In addition, regional (suburban) railways such as Berlin's S-Bahn and the RENFE of Spain aren't included here.
