I am now confident that for over 7 months Comandante has been exploiting the wikipedia system by continuing his aimless edit war on the fidel castro article, and subsequent related articles. He is clearly agenda-driven, see his contribution history and 99 times out of 100, never consults other editors before he makes his edits. It seems he has been banned before but continues to access wikipedia and make his usually small but completely inaccurate and propaganda-driven edits time after time again and never stops. I am now asking that it is time for a permanent ban on him, as it seems that will probably not even stop him as he has managed to create a different username The Decay of Meaning, that I have seen, and also manages to continue his edits using different anonymous ip addresses.
