Brian James Anderson is a pitcher who is currently signed to a minor-league contract with the Texas Rangers. He previously played for the Kansas City Royals, California Angels, Cleveland Indians, and Arizona Diamondbacks, posting a career ERA of 4.74. Anderson attended Wright State University.

At Geneva High School in Geneva, Ohio, Brian Anderson was a four-year letterman in baseball, a three-year letterman in golf, and a two-year letterman in basketball.

He is the son-in-law of Mario Ciano.
