Biography

Adam Leonard's debut album from 2003

Adam Leonard is an English singer-songwriter working mainly in the folk, rock and roll and electronic music fields. His first album 'How Music Sounds' was released in 2003 to modest critical acclaim but poor sales. Live performances, which have have so far been limited to the UK (Manchester, London and Northern Ireland) are as intruiging as they are rare. He regularly collaborates with others, most notably Gareth Davies, also from Leonard's hometown of Manchester. His style is often described as lo-fi and the subject matter of his songs unconventional - more E.V.P., ectoplasm] and alien invasion than "boy meets girl".

Current activity

Leonard is now based in County Down, Northern Ireland, where he is working on his next album, entitled 'Nature Recordings'.
