Darryl Neudorf is a Canadian musician.

He was a member of 54-40 in the early 1980s, but left that band before their commercial breakthrough. He has also worked as a session musician with a number of other Canadian recording artists, including Kevin Kane, Kinnie Starr and Neko Case.

In 1987, he worked with Sarah McLachlan on her debut album, Touch. In 1999, he filed a lawsuit against McLachlan and her label, Nettwerk, alleging that he had made a significant and uncredited contribution to the songwriting on that album. That suit was eventually dismissed.
