The Jeffersons is an American situation comedy. Broadcast on the CBS network from January 1975 until July 23,1985 lasting 11 seasons, it was a spin-off of All in the Family.

The main characters are George Jefferson, played by Sherman Hemsley and Louise "Weezy" Jefferson, played by Isabel Sanford. One of stars of the show is Lenny Kravitz's mother, Roxie Roker who played Helen Willis.
