Rhodesia

Rhodesia (after Cecil Rhodes) is the former name of the region of Africa corresponding to modern-day Zimbabwe (Southern Rhodesia) and Zambia (Northern Rhodesia). After Northern Rhodesia changed its name to Zambia, Southern Rhodesia came to be known simply as Rhodesia.
