Morphea

Her first appearance was in Atari Force #1, Morphea is a DC Comics character who is an alien Canopian in the DC Universe. Morphea was born in a parrallel universe near New Earth on the planet Canopia. She joined the Atari university on old earth and teamed with the likes of Christopher and Martin Champion to help defeat the Dark Destroyer. On New Earth, using their spacecraft Scanner One, she stole it from the institution using her mental powers along with other teammates. She was judged by New Earth and is now rebuilding civilization on Old Earth.
