Richard Biggs

Richard (Rick) Biggs (March 18, 1961 - May 22, 2004) was an American television and stage actor. His notable roles included appearances on the soap opera Days of Our Lives and the part of Dr. Stephen Franklin on the science fiction show Babylon 5. Biggs attended UCLA and also had experience performing in Shakespeare plays.
