Chad Stanley

Chad Stanley (January 29, 1976 - ) is a National Football League punter for the Houston Texans.

Education

Stanley attended Ore City High School in Ore City, Texas, where he lettered in football, basketball, baseball, and track. In football, he won All-District honors at punter. He later attended Stephen F. Austin State University.

NFL career

He was not drafted to the NFL but was signed by the San Francisco 49ers in 1999. He remained with that team for 2 years before moving to the Arizona Cardinals for a year and then to the Houstan Texans. He is now the starting punter for the Texans.
