Welcome

Hello, Tigermichal, and welcome to Wikipedia. Thank you for your contributions. I hope you like the place and decide to stay. Here are a few good links for newcomers:

I hope you enjoy editing here and being a Wikipedian! By the way, you can sign your name on Talk and vote pages using three tildes, like this: ~~~. Four tildes (~~~~) produces your name and the current date. If you have any questions, see the help pages, add a question to the village pump or ask me on my talk page. Again, welcome! -- getcrunkjuicecontribs 13:30, 28 December 2005 (UTC)[reply]

It is generally considered bad behaviour to remove {{merge}} tags from articles while the discussion is still ongoing. If you have concerns over the merge proposal, please express them at Talk:Goodies (album). Thanks. Extraordinary Machine 16:05, 30 December 2005 (UTC)[reply]

I reverted your deletion of a large section of the 50 Cent article. Please don't delete large sections of articles without first discussing it on the talk page. — J3ff 07:46, 12 January 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Regarding your edit to Model (person)

In case you did not notice, the issue regarding images on that page has been discussed prior to your edits. I have reverted your edit and should you disagree, please bring up your reasons for doing so on the talk page for the model article. Thank you. -- Joe Beaudoin Jr. Think out loud 05:54, 13 January 2006 (UTC)ß[reply]

Use the preview button and edit summaries

When editing an article on Wikipedia there is a small field labelled "Edit summary" under the main edit-box. It looks like this:

Edit summary text box

The text written here will appear on the Recent changes page, in the page revision history, on the diff page, and in the watchlists of users who are watching that article. See m:Help:Edit summary for full information on this feature.

When you leave the edit summary blank, some of your edits could be mistaken for vandalism and may be reverted, so please always briefly summarize your edits, especially when you are making subtle but important changes, like changing dates or numbers. Thank you.

I would like to thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia. However, it is recommended that you use the preview button before you save; this helps you find any errors you have made, and prevents clogging up recent changes and the page history. Thanks again. -- getcrunkjuicecontribs 00:26, 14 January 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks for uploading the image. I tagged it as {{albumcover}} as in the case of other album or single covers. In order to abide the Wikipedia:Fair use policy, we can only use these images in the articles about the single/album or the artist. Which means, we can not use these images on other pages (including User pages). -- bluemask 11:31, 24 January 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Tyra Banks

Why did you delete my another Tyra Banks picture in Tyra's article? Nyikita 22:13, 24 January 2006 (UTC)[reply]

I think, this is very good picture. I made this photo and I love this picture. Nyikita 23:32, 24 January 2006 (UTC)[reply]

WNBC

Please do not change the logo on the WNBC page. The one we are using currently is better than the screenshot. --CFIF 02:54, 27 January 2006 (UTC)[reply]

An image that you uploaded, Image:52798938FB031 opa E.jpg, has been listed at Wikipedia:Copyright problems because it is a suspected copyright violation. Please look there if you know that the image is legally usable on Wikipedia (you may have to search for the title of the image to find its entry), and then provide the necessary information there and on its page, if you are interested in it not being deleted. Thank you.

Thanks for uploading Image:Breakthroughera001.jpg. However, the image may soon be deleted unless we can determine the copyright holder and copyright status. The Wikimedia Foundation is very careful about the images included in Wikipedia because of copyright law (see Wikipedia's Copyright policy).

The copyright holder is usually the creator, the creator's employer, or the last person who was transferred ownership rights. Copyright information on images on Wikipedia is signified using copyright templates. The three basic license types on Wikipedia are open content, public domain, and fair use. Find the appropriate template in Wikipedia:Image copyright tags and place it on the image page like this: {{TemplateName}}.

Please signify the copyright information on any other images you have uploaded or will upload. Remember that images without this important information can be deleted by an administrator. You can get help on image copyright tagging from Wikipedia talk:Image copyright tags.
