Jean-Michel Liade Gnonka (born March 1, 1980) is a Burkinan football player who, as of 2004 was playing for RS Kouba.

He was part of the Burkinan 2004 African Nations Cup team, who finished bottom of their group in the first round of competition, thus failing to secure qualification for the quarter-finals.
