...And Justice for All is Metallica's fourth album, released August 8, 1988, by Elektra Records.

"To Live Is To Die" is a tribute to their former bassist Cliff Burton, who died before the recording was made. Though the track is considered an instrumental, it contains lyrics written by Burton.

The track "One" was the first single released by Metallica to have a video, a move which led to accusations of "selling out" from a number of the band's fans.

"One" was covered by nu-metallists Korn as a secret track in Take a Look in the Mirror.
