Ken Lucas (born August 22 1933), American politician, has been a Democratic member of the United States House of Representatives since 1999, representing the 4th District of Kentucky. He was born in Kentucky, was educated at University of Kentucky, served in the United States Air Force, and was judge-executive of Boone County, Kentucky, before entering the House.
