The Special:Wantedpages page shows articles that don't yet exist that have a lot of links pointing to them, so that we can create relevant articles to fill the gap.

However, as recently discussed on the Wikipedia mailing list, the special page won't pick up pages that have only an empty page or a very short, rather useless article. This page aims to plug that gap, by listing articles that have a lot of links pointing at them (the number given in brackets), and are very short (shorter than 200 characters).

The listing was prepared as at 27 August, and will be updated in future according to demand.

Many of these articles are in great need of expansion, so help is wanted! If you significantly expand one of these articles, it might also be a good idea to remove it from this list.
