None of the above

None of the Above (NOTA) is a choice on every ballot for Libertarian Party Office or Nomination for US-Presidential or VP Office as provided within the By-Laws of the Libertarian Party. Thus, if none of the listed candidates is wanted, and the delegate voting has no candidate to write-in, he can voice his displeasure with the listed candidates by voting NOTA.

Should NOTA have the highest vote total, depending on the office, the election process must begin anew, or, the position is declared vacant and can be filled with a different qualified person [not previously on ballot] by the Libertarian National Committee.
