Just noting that bipartisanship is primarily something that happens in two-party systems, of which there are only a few, including the United States. To the best of my knowledge, the term bipartisanship doesn't apply to multi-party systems which are more commonly found throughout the world. So the U.S.-orientation tag, in my view, doesn't really apply here; that is, the article has to talk about two-party systems like the US, Malta, and it doesn't make sense to talk about bipartisanship elsewhere.--Tomwsulcer (talk) 12:15, 10 November 2010 (UTC)[reply]
