Lottie Dod (24 September 1871 - 27 June 1960) was a British athlete. Her full name was Charlotte Dod (Hillyard) and she was born in Bebington, England. Lottie Dod won the Wimbledon tennis championships five times (1887, 1888, 1891, 1892, 1893). With 15 years and 9 months, Lottie Dod was the youngest ever player to win the Wimbledon single championships, beating Blanch Bingley. The record for all championships was broken in 1996 by Martina Hingis who was three days younger when winning the ladies double.

Lottie Dod was tall and athletic. In 1887 Lottie Dod won the Irish title.

Lottie Dod, however, was not only a tennis player. At the 1908 Olympics Lottie Dod won silver in archery. In 1889 and 1890 Dodd was also a member of the national field hockey team. In 1887, 1888 and 1904 Dodd took part in the British Amateur golf championships, winning the competition in 1904.
