Vince ("Vincenzo") Grella (born on October 5, 1979 in Dandenong, Victoria) is an Australian football (soccer) midfielder, who currently plays for Parma A.C. in Italy's Serie A. Previous clubs include Carlton and Canberra Cosmos in Australia and Ternana and Empoli F.C. in Italy. Grella joined Parma in the summer of 2004.

He has played for the Australian national team and also represented Australia at the 2000 Summer Olympics. In November 2005, Grella played for the 'Socceroos' in both legs of the World Cup play-off against Uruguay, where Australia qualified for the 2006 World Cup for the first time in 32 years.

Grella and fellow Parma midfielder Mark Bresciano were excused from the 2005 Confederations Cup by the then Australian manager Frank Farina to allow them to take part in a relegation playoff between Parma and Bologna. Grella has also played with Bresciano at Carlton and Empoli prior to the pair being reunited in 2004 when he joined Parma.
