First Dáil only, or 1st 2nd and 3rd?

This article appears to contradict the Oireachtas members database, which does not list a John J. O'Kelly for any Dáil, but does list a Seán (Sceig) Ó Ceallaigh.

Seán (Sceig) Ó Ceallaigh is listed as Education Secretary in 1921, which is further confirmation that this is the same person. However, Seán (Sceig) Ó Ceallaigh is also lsited as having sat in the fisrt three Dála, not just the first which this article claims. It's the same person. The differences are caused by the subject's frequent use of both the Irish and English versions of his name. J.J. O'Kelly, John J. O'Kelly, John O'Kelly, Seán Ó Ceallaigh and his penname Sceilg (not Sceig) and more can all be found in historical accounts and secondary literature.

The article is wrong on elections - he was elected to the 1st, 2nd and 3rd Dáileanna. However, he is problematic as he was one of the people who refused to accept that the 2nd Dáil was ever dissolved. Along with like-minded republicans, they continued to meet as the Second Dáil during the 1920s and 30s, and eventually signed over their "authority" to the IRA in 1938.
