Goat Roti, pronoucned (raw-chew)in Urdu, is a traditional East-Indian dish. It consists of Curried goat usually served on Naan (Thick Bread). More often than not, Goat Roti comes with a garnish or side helping of fettuccini noodles. To top it off many sauces may be applied, such as the traditional Tortoice sauce. Or if you prefer, a simple honey dill sauce is excellent on it.
