The eastern side of the sector touches the Grand Trunk Road whereas its western side touches the M-1 motorway. On the very north Margalla Hills mountains can be seen. It is one of the best and most economical sectors for new settlers in the capital.

Beautiful and big mosques are very common to find in this Sector of the Capital. There is a facility of hospital, ambulances, Markaz Market (shopping center), universities, schools, playgrounds, POLO club, flat areas and a lake of its own.

The sector itself is divided into five different blocks (A, B, C, D and E).

In the future this Sector itself will be a home of at least 50,000 residents. An average of 5 persons per plot allotted.
