Mount Fromme is a mountain on the North Shore of Vancouver, British Columbia, and is what many would consider the mecca of mountain biking. Looking towards the North of the Burrard Inlet three mountains are clearly visible (Grouse Mountain, Mount Seymour, and Mt. Fromme). World famous trails cover Mt. Fromme (commonly referred to as Grouse Mountain), which boasts some of the world's best downhill mountain biking. The mountain is populated with mountain bike trails that are known for their extremely difficult and dangerous mountain terrain. These trails contain numerous natural challenges like fallen logs, giant boulders to drop off, ravines to jump across etc. Most of the trails also contain man-made obstacles like skinny bridges, twisting "ladders" raised above the ground, and teeter-totters to ride on. Some of the most popular trails include Ladies Only, Flying Circus, and Natural High, which require a large amount of skill to ride safely.
