Willoughby Township is the rural southern portion of Niagara Falls, Ontario, between the village of Chippawa and the boundary with Fort Erie, Ontario. On January 1, 1970 the township amalgamated with Niagara Falls as part of local restructuring that replaced Welland County and Lincoln County with a regional Niagara government.
