Krayzie Bone (born Anthony Henderson on June 17, 1973) also known as Leather Face or Leatha Face, and Sawed Off Gangsta, is a member of the rap group Bone Thugs-N-Harmony. He, like his other group members, is known for his tongue-twisting rapid pace of delivery and his ability to create harmonic hooks within songs. He is the most laid back, versatile, and soft spoken member of Bone Thugs-N-Harmony, letting his work show for itself.
Solo Career
After Bone Thugs~N~Harmony released The Art of War in 1997, Krayzie began preparing for his solo debut, Thug Mentality 1999 in 1998. The album was released as a double disc set, featuring a large selection of guest appearances, including Bone Thugs-N-Harmony, the Marley Bros., Mariah Carey, Big Pun, and Snoop Dogg. It was successful enough to reach platinum status.
In 2001, Krayzie returned with Thug On Da Line. The album didn't do as well his previous release, but was a still considered success, reaching gold certification.
Since 2003, Krayzie has released more underground and internet released-only albums. His latest one, Gemini: Good Vs. Evil in 2005 received little promotion, but still sold about 50,000-60,000 units.[citation needed]
In 2006, Krayzie returned to the mainstream by appearing on The Notorious B.I.G.'s single "Spit Your Game", Chamillionaire's "Ridin'", and on a remix with Juelz Santana and Mariah Carey on her single "Don't Forget About Us". Krayzie Bone collaborated on tracks with late rappers Eazy-E, 2Pac, Notorious B.I.G, and Big Pun while they were all still living.
A favorite drink of Krayzie Bone's is gin mixed with hennessy (a concoction he refers to as "Sin"), which is mentioned in many of his songs, including "I Don't Give A @#&%" and "Get'chu Twisted"
Krayzie is fluent in spanish, as you can hear on "Take The Lead (Wanna Ride)" featuring spanish rappers Wishin y Yandal
