Strong Delete Not notable enough - being in the newspapers isn't enough in itself (his mentions in the press seem very minor - mainly brief quotes). President of Cambridge University Students' Union is not a particularly impressive achievement given the low levels of student voting (16% turnout in the last election or about 2,880 votes total).
