Rafael Olarra (born May 26, 1978 in Santiago, Chile) is an association football player. He plays as a defender, currently for the Israeli League champions, Maccabi Haifa F.C.

He began his carrer in Audax Italiano, then spent time with Universidad de Chile where he made a name for himself and began to play for the naitonal team.
