Hoenn (pronounced Hoe-in and spelled Houen in Japan) is a last name and is also a region in the Pokémon Ruby, Sapphire, and Emerald games.

Template:Hoenn

The region from the Pokémon games consists of 16 cities and towns.

Important landscape features include the large river that flows through Route 119 (leading up to the western entrance to Fortree City), Petalburg Forest (between Petalburg City and Rustboro City), and Mount Chimney (north of Lavaridge Town).

Hoenn is roughly based on Kyushu (flipped by 90 degrees) and lies in the south of the Pokémon world.
