Ljubinje (Serbian Cyrillic: Љубиње) is a town and municipality in Republika Srpska, Bosnia and Herzegovina. It is situated in the Herzegovina region. According to the 1991 census, the population of the Ljubinje municipality was 4,162, of which 3,743 were Serbs, 327 Muslims, 44 Croats, 19 Yugoslavs, and 29 others.
