Hermann Wassertrilling, or Hebrew: Ẓebi-Hirsch ben Nathan Wassertrilling, (Zwi-)Hirsch Wassertrilling (b. ?, Boskowitz, Moravia; flourished in the 19 c.) was an Austrian Hebraist.

He officiated as teacher in the Jewish school of Hotzenplotz, Silesia, about 1850, and later as rabbi of Bojanowo, Provinz Posen. The following is a list of his works, all published at Breslau:
