Lady Cynthia Jane Fellowes {born 11 February 1957) is the second daughter of Edward Spencer, 8th Earl Spencer, and his first wife, Frances (formerly the Honourable Frances Burke Roche). She was an elder sister of Diana, Princess of Wales, and married Sir Robert Fellowes, later Baron Fellowes. They have three children.
