Breach of Trust is a Canadian alternative rock band from La Ronge, Saskatchewan. The band consists of vocalist Marty Ballentyne, guitarist Dean Zabolotney, bassist Brent Stutsky and drummer William Aubut. The band's members are all of First Nations heritage.

They released their debut album, Songs for Dying Nations, in 2000. It won three awards at the following year's Aboriginal Music Awards, including Best Group and Best Rock Album.

With the release of their first single to radio, it got major airplay on Mix 101 FM in Prince Albert, Saskatchewan.

Ballantyne has also served as CEO of MBC Radio and vice-chair of the Aboriginal Peoples Television Network.
