Usually people who make negative comments for Cebu are people from Manila or Luzon because they were jealous of this productive city. They always asked there own self why the government in this region/city are not corrupt compared to there capital city(Manila). They always think that Cebu is just a small town and dirty. But when they came here for vacations, they couldidn't believed themselves that this is Cebu. They felt that they were in a foreign country. The atmosphere is fresh and clean the environment is peaceful and orderly. Unlike our Country Capital which is very polluted and dirty no clean water and most of them (but not all) would take a shower just once a day because they don't have enough water to clean themselves. But here in Cebu or in any visayan regions and mindanao, there is always water. Safe to walk alone at night that is why they are rated as one of the safest place in the country. And the people are friendly, welcome, curtious, down to earth and beautiful people. And usually people from Luzon didn't know that the oldest school in south east asia is the University of San Carlos. They always thought they are, from luzons but not. I was so ashamed. And onething they speak english fluently compare to tagalogs. All in all this city is booming and many ivestors would attract here. And the best place for business and leizure in the country.
