Nik Caner-Medley (born is a October 20th, 1983 in Portland, Maine).is a college basketball player for the University of Maryland. Caner-Medley attended Portland's Deering High School, where he would capture Gatorade Player of the Year as a senior and also the state's Mr. Basketball award. He averaged an astounding 35.6 PPG average as a senior and posted a 26.8 PPG average as a junior in high school. He declared himself for the 2006 NBA Draft, but went undrafted.
