Castle Vale was and always will be the worst possible area to live in. The area is currently being run by the parasites of CVHAT (Castle Vale Housing Action Trust) and CVCHA (Castle Vale Community Housing Association). Together they welcome anti-social behaviour and don't do anything about it even though they claim otherwise.
