Haab is the 365-day calendar of the Maya civilization. It is composed of nineteen months. Eighteen of these months are 20 days long, the last contains only five days, which are purported to be unlucky.

The month names are

Pop, Uo, Zip, Zotz, Tzec, Xul, Yaxkin, Mol, Chen, Yax, Sac, Ceh, Mac, Kankin, Muan, Pax, Kayab, Cumhu, Uayeb.

The twenty days are numbered 0 to 19 for the first eighteen months, and the days of Uayeb are numbered 0 to 4.

  • 0 Pop is the first day of the Haab
  • 1 Pop is the second day of the Haab

...

  • 19 Cumhu is the 360th day of the Haab
  • 0 Uayeb is the 361st day of the Haab
  • 1 Uayeb is the 362nd day of the Haab
  • 2 Uayeb is the 363th day of the Haab
  • 3 Uayeb is the 364th day of the Haab
  • 4 Uayeb is the 365th day of the Haab
