I prefer, for obvious reason, limit my dealings with Ghirlandajo to a minimum, and in the present case, as the edit is clearly a content dispute, I would recommend that you try going through the dispute resolution process, ideally requesting another admin's opinion, as my involvement in such a case will obviously not make it easier to resolve.
