Biography
Fulgore is part of a cybernetic project developed by Ultratech, the materminds behind the Killer Instinct fighting tournament. Fulgore was entered in the tournament to test its fighting capabilities. If successful, the Fulgore unit would be placed in mass production.Template:SpoilerDuring the first Killer Instinct tournament, Fulgore met its end at the hands of Jago. A newer version of Fulgore was produced for the second fighting tournament.Template:Spoiler-end
Weaponry
Fulgore's primary weapons are its arm-mounted plasma blades. Fulgore can perform a variety of moves with these weapons. It can simply perform a standard slash, a more powerful plasma slash, as well as launch up to three projectiles at a time. Fulgore's eyes function as weapons, and can launch an array of lasers and plasma from them. This allows Fulgore to perform the technique "Robot Eye." Fulgore's head can convert into a machine gun to finish enemies, or a giant plasma cannon to melt enemies, although these two weapons cannot be utilized in direct combat and must instead be used to finish opponents.
Techniques
Fulgore possesses the ability to teleport behind an opponent, in which it turns black and reappears. Fulgore also uses a technique called "Robot Eye," in which a small amount of plasma is emitted from its eye. "Robot Eye" can only be executed at close range. The last of Fulgore's techniques is its ability to deflect projectiles, in which Fulgore coats its body with a blue shield.
Fighting Style
Fulgore uses its blades in conjunction with a barrage of kicks (especially roundhouse kicks). Fulgore can also perform a large uppercut similar to Jago's. "Robot Eye" is usually used as part of a combo, and the launched projectiles are used to finish a combo. Fulgore usually fights close range and hand to hand as opposed to at a distance.
