Pearl necklace (sexual act)

A pearl necklace is a slang term referring to a sexual act in which a man ejaculates semen on or near the neck of another person. The result is said to look like a necklace of pearls due to the stringy translucent white clumps of semen that form there. [1][2]Usually, the anterior neck or upper chest are involved, but depositing semen on the back of the neck can also be considered as creating a pearl necklace[citation needed].
