Dar es Salaam Airport
Hi. I deleted the Dar airport as its name is now changed as of last year. I explained this in the article's discussion section. Hope you read that. I created the new page for the airport: Mwalimu J.K. Nyerere International Airport. Unfortunately, I didnt get your reason why you reverted my change. Thanks. --alifazal 12:56, 23 July 2006 (UTC)

Article deleted without discussion
Could you please tell me why the article Flying Matchstick Men was deleted without any discussion? Thanks.
- It was proposed for deletion according to WP:PROD.--Kungfu Adam (talk) 17:01, 24 July 2006 (UTC)
The article you linked to does not really clarify why the article was deleted. Also, how would I contest the deletion?
- According to policy, the article was restored and send to Articles for deletion. Now the community can determine its notability. We use proposed deletion because of the massive volume of unencyclopedic articles that are created daily. If the deletion is contested, we use Articles for deletion. Also, please sign your posts.--Kungfu Adam (talk) 17:22, 24 July 2006 (UTC)
A Spectre Is Haunting Europe
Hi. Please restore the deleted article on the band A Spectre is Haunting Europe. You deleted it on the grounds of "Notability". The group satisfies the notability requirement for several reasons, not the least of which is that it contains former members of other notable bands (Skinny Puppy, Download, aLUnARED) [1]. If you could restore the article I will gladly edit it to reflect this.

Deletion review for Dennis Allen
Please note I have listed this article for deletion review and welcome your input. -- Longhair 09:16, 25 July 2006 (UTC)
- Thanks for restoring the article. With Wikipedia growing so fast, it's becoming more and more difficult to take matters through the correct procedures. This is my first dabble with Deletion Review. Thanks again, I've learned something today :) -- Longhair 09:34, 25 July 2006 (UTC)
Lawsuit theat for deletion of article
I noticed you appropriately deleted the article http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Blossoms_Network. It has been recreated and the owner (the author of the article) is now threatening to "sue in civil court".
I'm not sure what he doesn't understand about Wikipedia not being an advertising space.
Please have a look.
- Where is the evidence that the author is threatening to sue?--Kungfu Adam (talk) 14:25, 25 July 2006 (UTC)
- I have dealt with it.--Kungfu Adam (talk) 14:28, 25 July 2006 (UTC)
Eluchil404's RfA
Thank you for taking the time to express an opinion in my recent request for adminship. I have withdrawn my self-nomination because there seemed little prospect for further productive discussion or the formation of a consensus to promote. Many commentators offered constructive critisism that I will use to improve myself as a user. Others suggested that the nomination was premature and that a re-nom in a few months would be more likely to gain consensus. Thanks again for your feedback. Eluchil404 20:39, 25 July 2006 (UTC)
Simple English
Oi.

Thank you so much for voting in my recent RFA. It passed on the relatively narrow vote of 38/8/8. It was also one of the least-participated-in RFA nominations in several months, so pat yourself on the back, and join the party on your left, but first, take your cookie!

Aucifer
I don't understand why you deleted this article. Is the band not remarkable, even though it has released 9 singles, 3 albums, 2 live-dvd's, 1 best-of album, all on a big record label, and whose music was used in a popular anime series which was even loosely based on the band and who had a rather big fanbase in Japan? Although, I'm sorry, I forgot to mention that very last part about the anime being loosely based on the band, my mistake! But in any case, I think it deserves to be included in Wikipedia.
- Read WP:BAND and tell me how it qualifies according that criteria and I will restore it.--Kungfu Adam (talk) 22:48, 26 July 2006 (UTC)
"Has had a charted hit on any national music chart, in at least one large or medium-sized country."
According to Oricon, the highest ranking for their debut single was 16 and they were in the charts for 12 weeks. 2nd single, highest ranking 8, 7 weeks. 1st album, highest ranking 6, 8 weeks. 3rd single, highest ranking 11, 7 weeks. 4th single, highest ranking 9, 5 weeks. ....
All their other albums and singles were on the charts as well.
"Has gone on an international concert tour, or a national concert tour in at least one large or medium-sized country,[1] reported in notable and verifiable sources."
The band has been on 6 tours across Japan and they even played a concert in the famous Budokan Arena, but I've no idea if any of this was reported in notable sources..
"Has released two or more albums on a major label or one of the more important indie labels (i.e. an independent label with a history of more than a few years and a roster of performers, many of which are notable)."
They were on Universal/Polygram.
"Has performed music for a work of media that is notable, e.g. a theme for a network television show."
This bands songs were used several times in the opening and ending credits of the anime Kaikan Phrase, and at least 10 songs were used within the series.
Also, the band has been in several music shows as a guest, like Popjam in 2003 and Music Station in 2000.
"Has been the subject of a half hour or longer broadcast on a national radio network."
Aucifer was featured in multiple radio shows, but I'm unaware of their lengths.

LA Freewaves Copyright
I'm not sure why this was deleted earlier, but again, I was given permission by the Director, Anne Bray, to create this page. Could you please respond to me?
- Check WP:CP, you have to assert permission. However, this is blatant advertising, and the article will surely be deleted anyhow.--Kungfu Adam (talk) 19:35, 27 July 2006 (UTC)
Why are you trying to delete the LA Freewaves article? This is an ongoing, biennial festival. I am documenting the organization and festivals, what do I have to change to keep it from being deleted? Again, this is not advertising, this is information about what LA Freewaves does. We are not trying to sell anything, all events are free, the website is free, nobody is making money from this except artists.
Why do you insist on trying to get my page deleted? This is neither copyright infringement nor "blatant advertising." Again, we do not make money, we are a nonprofit organization. Advertising only is worth the time if money is to be made, yet I am only providing information on the founder/director, organization, and a list of recent film festivals and artists. What is the problem?
What part of the page do you think is advertisement? You don't have to delete the entire page in order to fix the advertisement issue. This doesn't seem fair to me. Freewaves is 17 years old and has had 9 film festivals with artists from all over the world? Where is the advertisement in that?
I went over the LA Freewaves page and took out any subjective words and rhetoric that could be mistaken for advertising. All information contained within the page are based on factual numbers, dates, and participation of artists. There is no copyright infringement since the organization and director of LA Freewaves have given me direct permission to create a page for the purpose of documenting LA Freewaves. Meaning, wikipedia is not held liable for any legal purposes since I have stated that I received permission. The changes can be seen in the temp page. Could you please tell User:Bigtop to cancel the deletion nomination?--Freewaves 22:03, 27 July 2006 (UTC)
- The beauty of AFD is that the community decides whether or not the article is kept. We will get a community consensus, and who knows? It could be kept.--Kungfu Adam (talk) 23:52, 27 July 2006 (UTC)
I think deleting the entry would deprive future generations of a piece of the Los Angeles underground film scene that otherwise would not be recorded except in print and the festival's website.--Freewaves 01:09, 28 July 2006 (UTC)
No More
I will no longer be vandalizing Wikipedia or its userpages. I have being doing so for months, mostly because seeing my vandalism or that of others was funny as hell ("User X got swallowed by a Wale" is hilarious, come on) and to punish admins who I felt . My non constructive edits were done out of boredom, especially those containing racial slurs. (I am not racist, in fact I am racially mixed myself) And no, I don't think you had anything going on w/ Francks2000.
I started editing on Wikipedia (specifically the U of L page) mainly out of a 'cold war' that developed betw myself & U of L's marketing director, which escalated after I was featured in the Herald Leader critising his marketing of U of L [2]. I wanted to show President Ramsey how to market the "New U of L" and Wikipedia was my penpad to this end.
My vandalism started after a edit conflict over the Courier Journal's sports and editorial coverage, where my (what I felt were) legitment edits on the page for C-J critism were removed and I was blasted. After another C-J my account was blocked. [3]
Prior to this I had many good edits on KY related pages, which I am proud of. I feel that my work here is now complete and I will only edit in exiting new facts I find out or breaking news. Mark Matson (priest)
Deletion review
I request a deletion review of Mark Matson (priest). Since you closed the deletion discussion for (or speedy-deleted) this article, your reasons on how or why you did so will be greatly appreciated in the above review.
I am the author of the subject article and did contest the speedy deletion of the article "Mark Matson (priest)" on its talk page. I did not have the opportunity to review your response to my contentions. As such, I believe that your deletion of this article is arbitrary and capricious I provided you with reasons as to why the article should not be deleted. If the standard by which you deleted the article was equally applied to all such articles dealing with priestly sexual abuse in the Roman Catholic Church (and there are many), all such articles should have been deleted. But they were not. I appeal your arbitrary and capricious action to Wikipedia. Aloysius Patacsil 10:19, 28 July 2006 (UTC)

My girlfriend has been blocked from using the website from her PC. Her IP is 213.40.67.66. She hasn't done anything to the site and doesn't understand why she has been blocked. Can this be rectified?
- Hi, your IP changes frequently. Someone else using your IP was blocked for edits such as this- [4]. I have unblocked you. Sorry about the inconvenience.--Kungfu Adam (talk) 15:50, 28 July 2006 (UTC)
All i did was remove porn picture! I dont like to be misjudged.
The todays featured article had a picture of a big pussy insted of the original picture, sice someone else had vandalized the page. So i removed the ugly porn picture, but did not know what was the original conten and so writed "picture is missing" and hoped someone else would replace my text with the real picture. This is NOT vandalizm! I removed a porn pic (see history) and now im offended for being given a warning. I try to help wikipedia, really, and so this is bad treatment, and i would see the warning ereased.
- Warning blanked. Sorry about that.--Kungfu Adam (talk) 00:16, 29 July 2006 (UTC)

Reasons about HPC4U article deletion
Hi!
I'm working on the HPC4U research project and I'm really surprised to discover that our article describing this new research project has been deleted by yourself.
May you explain the motivations ?
thanks in advance

- Deleted according to WP:PROD for this reason- This article seems to be about a project doing original research. As such, it violates one of the three cardinal content policies--Kungfu Adam (talk) 14:41, 29 July 2006 (UTC)
Another article deleted without discussion
List of photographers known for portraying males erotically" (closing prod uncontested since 18 July) I am rather upset to see that this was deleted after only a four day period without discussion! I doubt that many have even realized that it has been deleted after being moved. I only found out tonight by going to find it by link from the Photographers page and found it missing.
