It's Alive! is the first album released by The New Cars. The album features fifteen live tracks, all of which are classic hits by The Cars except for "I Saw the Light", a song by Todd Rundgren, and "Open My Eyes", a song by The Nazz. The last three tracks are three new studio albums.
