But either preference, new or old; all help is appreciated.   • Jakob Maria Mierscheid - a confusing mess, not yet in English, and not yet clear what it's saying; it resembles to some extent its counterpart on de: (which has further ext lks) but does not parallel it. Is "he" notable, or VfD fodder? (Removed from LoPbN where "fictitious politician" is reason to disqualify, since article is too vague to change that description.)
He is a fiction (a kind of joke actually) although a well known one. His "personal data" really is on the website of the German parliament, "his" article in the social democratic paper exists and sometimes he is mentioned in publications of the Bundestag. -- Zeitgeist 18:40, 22 Oct 2004 (UTC)

    • The talk page has a big discussion about this problem from an old VfD. Someone went in and fired off pages for all of them, now they sit stagnant. Half a year ago there was much talk, but nothing was done - the VfD essentially didn't go through. If the deletion call succeeded, you'd probably end up with something like the TTC subway, which I prefer, personally - stations are listed on a page for their line, rather than a page for every station. The other extreme is the London Underground approach. The difference between the Paris and London pages, of course, is that there were enough Londoners (and there was possibly enough history) to flesh out a good number of the London station pages... Any volunteers for Paris? Krupo

  • I'm not sure its a clean-up issue, but JongPark has made a number of new pages for unused scientific neologisms regulome, funcomics and expressome (that do need clean up and wikifying if they stay), and seems to have replaced content on the Genome and Proteome pages--nixie
I've moved funcomics to functomics, and changed everything currently here[3] to more standard formatting, but they do still need help rather badly--high headline to paragraph ratio, let alone issues like whether the topics are actually valid. Niteowlneils
