(Ifor) Huw Irranca-Davies (born 22 January, 1963) is a British Labour politician from Wales. He has been Member of Parliament for Ogmore since 2002.

Irranca-Davies was born in Swansea with the name Ifor Huw Davies. His uncle, Ifor Davies, was Labour MP for Gower from 1959 to 1982. He adopted his wife's maiden name as part of his own surname when they married.

He won the seat in the Ogmore by-election, 2002 following the death of his predecessor, Sir Raymond Powell, and is seen as a New Labour figure. His uncle is Ifor Davies. He was Labour candidate for Brecon and Radnor in the 2001 general election, leading a campaign which was well appreciated by the party although it did not improve the Labour Party's position in the constituency.

After the death later in 2001 of Sir Ray Powell, Irranca-Davies was chosen to defend his Ogmore seat. At the byelection held on February 14, 2002 he won the seat comfortably.

Having served as Parliamentary Private Secretary in the Northern Ireland Office, the Department of Work and Pensions, and the Department of Culture, Media and Sport, he became an Assistant Whip in May 2006.
